本课定位：U8 主课文——讲突发事件的三段时间线 + 逃生描写。这 20 条是"记一次经历"类记叙文的现成素材，时间词一填就是一篇。

- not ... at all 根本不；at all 放在句末
- say to oneself / tell oneself：反身代词要随主语变（myself / himself / themselves）
- run out（主语是物：The water ran out.）vs run out of + 宾语（主语是人：We ran out of water.）
- in a ... voice 用……的声音（weak / loud 都可以填）
- except for 后接名词，表示"除了……之外"
- everything 作主语，谓语用单数（Everything was in a mess）
