本课定位：U4 方法课——怎么读懂操作说明 + 动手时的安全表达。20 条按"动手前 / 动手中 / 收尾"三段就能串完，是"活动介绍 + 安全提示"类作文的现成词库。

句子才是学英语的核心：先读出主干（谁 + 做什么），再找从句在修饰谁。每句读 3 遍。

- put on vs wear：put on 强调"穿上/戴上"的动作，wear 强调"穿着"的状态
- instructions 表"用法说明"常用复数（不用单数 instruction）
- give up 代词放中间：give it up（不说 give up it）
- draw 的过去式是 drew（draw–drew–drawn），不是 drawed
- by hand＝用手工（by + 无冠词名词表方式：by hand / by machine）
- make a mess（弄乱，表动作）vs in a mess（乱七八糟，表状态）
八、同义句转换（中考句型转换的"等式"）
